We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Creating luxury living spaces is a process, and we fully understand that your vision for your interior may change during the design stage. That's why at Premium Salon we offer a flexible and transparent return policy.

If for any reason the equipment you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days from date of invoice.

Conditions for accepting the return: We are committed to ensuring that each of our customers receives the highest quality equipment. For this reason, we only accept returns and refunds if the following criteria are met:

  • The product is absolutely new, unassembled and unused.
  • The goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging (Please retain all production cartons and insulation profiles).
  • The equipment must not bear any signs of modification or damage.

Exceptions to the rule: Due to the specific nature of production and the individual approach of each salon, returns, exchanges or cancellations shall not be subject to: goods purchased on sale, non-standard products and equipment imported under special orders.

Refund process: Once we have received your returned equipment and our quality department confirms its impeccable condition, we will immediately process the refund to your account. The cost and organisation of a safe return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
