Refunds and reimbursements
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Creating luxury living spaces is a process, and we fully understand that your vision for your interior may change during the design stage. That's why at Premium Salon we offer a flexible and transparent return policy.
If for any reason the equipment you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days from date of invoice.
Conditions for accepting the return: We are committed to ensuring that each of our customers receives the highest quality equipment. For this reason, we only accept returns and refunds if the following criteria are met:
- The product is absolutely new, unassembled and unused.
- The goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging (Please retain all production cartons and insulation profiles).
- The equipment must not bear any signs of modification or damage.
Exceptions to the rule: Due to the specific nature of production and the individual approach of each salon, returns, exchanges or cancellations shall not be subject to: goods purchased on sale, non-standard products and equipment imported under special orders.
Refund process: Once we have received your returned equipment and our quality department confirms its impeccable condition, we will immediately process the refund to your account. The cost and organisation of a safe return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and order modifications
What if I don't like the product I ordered or don't need it when I receive it?
Creating a luxury space is a process and your vision for the interior may change. We are committed to your complete satisfaction, which is why we offer the opportunity to return standard furnishings. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be brand new, unused, unassembled and in intact original packaging (including all internal protection and insulation boxes). Contact our advisor and we will be happy to help you through this procedure.
How long do I have to return the product?
At Premium Salon, we offer flexible terms and conditions - you have as much as 14 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We understand that business plans can sometimes be dynamic. Standard orders for equipment in our stock can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please note, however, that in the case of products imported on special request, modified or made to order (so-called special orders), cancellation, exchange or return is not possible due to the individualised nature of the equipment.
Can I get a refund for discounted or sale goods?
Due to the nature of promotional offers, equipment purchased as part of a sale, post-sale products and goods at reduced prices are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges.
How much does it cost to send back (collect) returned items?
The costs and organisation of a safe return shipment to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will my refund take?
We respect your capital and your time. As soon as the returned equipment arrives at our warehouse, our quality department will carefully check its condition. If the product meets all the criteria (it is new, unassembled and in its original packaging), we will immediately order the refund procedure to your account. The transfer is usually posted within a few working days.
Can I amend my existing order?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse and does not include custom-made equipment, we will be happy to help you modify it.
