We only work with trusted, professional shipping companies to safely deliver your salon equipment throughout Poland and Europe. Delivery time depends on your exact location and the dimensions of your order.
If all products ordered are currently in stock, estimated lead times are as follows:
- Poland: Delivery of warehouse goods usually takes from 2 to 4 working days.
- International shipping (Europe): The delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier. You will be informed of it in detail at the ordering stage.

How much does shipping cost within Poland?
We are pleased to announce that for all orders in Poland with a value exceeding PLN 500 we offer free delivery. For smaller orders, transport costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket, depending on the weight and dimensions of the selected products.
How can I calculate the delivery cost of my order?
The total cost of delivery is always fully transparent with us. It will be automatically calculated and displayed in your basket during the order summary (even before payment), based on the dimensions, weight of the equipment and the destination address.
If I place an order today, when can I expect the goods to be dispatched?
We respect your time. Orders for products that are physically available in our warehouse are usually carefully assembled and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery time within Poland is usually another 2-4 working days. For equipment brought in on special order, our advisor will contact you immediately to confirm your individual delivery schedule.
Do we ship internationally outside of Poland?
Of course. We furnish luxury salons throughout Europe. For international shipments, we encourage you to contact our service department directly. For larger investment orders, we offer individual logistics quotes and dedicated terms and conditions - we help you optimise your transport costs so that getting your equipment to the other end of Europe is as cost-effective as possible for your business.
What is our delivery policy?
Our priority is the safe delivery of your luxury furnishings. We only work with trusted, professional shipping companies. Due to the size and weight of salon equipment (car washes, armchairs), standard delivery is made on pallets on a „to the kerb” basis (i.e. to the first available and safe unloading point in front of the premises). Please note that the courier service does not include the lifting or assembly of the equipment.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS notification directly from the selected courier company. You will find a unique waybill number and a link so that you can monitor the status of your parcel and the estimated delivery date at any time.
Is a signature required on receipt?
We deliver high-value equipment, so for the complete security of the transaction, our carriers are required to obtain a signature confirming receipt of the goods by you or an authorised member of the showroom staff. If you prefer your order to be left without confirmation of receipt (e.g. in a secure location), please indicate this clearly in the „Special Instructions” box when placing your order. Please note, however, that by choosing this option, you assume full responsibility for the equipment from the moment it is left by the courier.
What happens if I am not there to take delivery?
We fully understand that working in a salon can be very dynamic. If the courier is not at your address, they will usually make another delivery attempt on the next working day or contact you by phone to make arrangements. We always encourage you to monitor the route of your parcel using the tracking link provided.
I have received an incorrect order. What should I do?
We are extremely committed to the highest standards of service, but if for any reason there has been a mistake, please contact us immediately. Call our team on +48 733 340 790 or write to biuro@premiumsalon.pl, by indicating your order number. Our advisor will deal with the matter immediately and organise a smooth exchange so as not to disrupt your salon.
