That's why at Premium Salon we offer a flexible and transparent return policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If for any reason the equipment you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it to us within <b>14 days from date of invoice<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"warunki-przyjecia-zwrotu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Return Policy<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are committed to ensuring that each of our customers receives the highest quality equipment. For this reason, we only accept returns and refunds if the following criteria are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is absolutely <b>new, unassembled and unused<\/b>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The goods must be returned in their <b>original, intact packaging<\/b> (Please retain all production cartons and insulation profiles).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The equipment must not bear any signs of modification or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wyjatki-od-reguly\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Exceptions to the rule<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the specific nature of production and the individual approach of each salon, returns, exchanges or cancellations <b>shall not be subject to<\/b>: goods purchased on sale, non-standard products and equipment imported under special orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"proces-zwrotu-srodkow\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>The refund process<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have received your returned equipment and our quality department confirms its impeccable condition, we will immediately process the refund to your account<i>.
