For this reason, we only accept returns and refunds if the following criteria are met:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product is absolutely <\/span><b>new, unassembled and unused<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goods must be returned in their <\/span><b>original, intact packaging<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Please retain all production cartons and insulation profiles).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The equipment must not bear any signs of modification or damage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Exceptions to the rule:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Due to the specific nature of production and the individual approach of each salon, returns, exchanges or cancellations <\/span><b>shall not be subject to<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: goods purchased on sale, non-standard products and equipment imported under special orders.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Refund process:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Once we have received your returned equipment and our quality department confirms its impeccable condition, we will immediately process the refund to your account<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
